Tasset Consulting is an independent advisory and consulting service in the water and hydropower sectors, established in 2022 by Angus Swindon. Angus and his team are well positioned to develop and implement risk informed asset management solutions in the water supply engineering and hydropower sectors in Australia for both the public and private sectors.

Angus has over 35 years in water supply engineering and hydropower, predominantly in the development and management of headworks, dam and civil assets, in the roles of consultant, owner, project manager and reviewer.

As the former Civil & Dam asset manager for a major Australian dam owner, current Past chair of ANCOLD and Australian representative on the ICOLD committee on Public Safety, Angus has a contemporary understanding of national and international dam portfolio assurance and governance. He maintains Engineering Executive status as a Fellow of Engineers Australia (FIEAust, EngExec), is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), registered company director, and is RPEQ and RPEV.

David Busuttil

David Busuttil is a highly experienced Senior Dams Engineer with fifteen years of specialised work in the water infrastructure and dam safety industry. He has extensive experience delivering comprehensive dam safety and risk assessment projects, surveillance inspections, and performance and compliance evaluations for dams, weirs, levees, and related civil structures.

David is a Associate member of the Australian National Committee on Large Dams (ANCOLD), Member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia, and maintains membership of Engineers Australia Geomechanics Society, Earthquake Engineering Society and the Risk Engineering Society.
